Policies/Payment

• Cancellation: 24 hours advance notice is required to change or cancel and appointment without charge. Appointments may be cancelled by phone, text, E-mail or in person. Exceptions apply only in the case of a sudden illness or severe weather conditions.

• Expiration: Mat cards expire 4 months after purchase date. Cards/packages must be completed before leaving for multiple months.

• Payments: Due in full using cash or checks made out to CenterPilates, Inc. or VENMO (similar to PayPal) and Apple Pay is accepted.

• Session/Card Suspensions: May occur only with physician’s note.

• Refunds: All purchases are nonrefundable.
